Urgent Same Day Collection

We arranged for some research samples to be picked up from UCL (London) to be brought back to a research lab based in Southampton hospital. We received an email from a department at Southampton General Hospital to ask of we could arrange an urgent collection from London the next morning. We organised a dedicated driver to pick the samples up at the time requested and to be brought straight back to Southampton. We ensured that they were delivered back to the department that had requested the collection.
