We repatriate luggage for people you have been taken ill whilst on holiday.
They return to the U.K. by air ambulance and are only allowed to bring back a few essential items. The insurance company ask us to arrange to get the rest of their luggage back for them.
We recently arranged to get luggage back from Crete and Rhodes.
