Urgent Documents

One of our customers needed some important documents sending to Turkey and they had to be delivered the next day.

We checked with all the carriers that we use if any could do a next day service. One did so we booked the delivery with them ensuring that we had produced the correct paperwork.

The next day we checked online to make sure that the documents were going to be delivered, which they where.  We check everyday that all the shipments/parcels we send are doing what they should be, chasing up immediately if that are not.
