Confidential Documents

We were asked if we could arrange delivery of some documents from Southampton to University of Liverpool. We discussed the options, overnight service with a carrier or same day with a dedicated driver. I was informed that the documents we confidential so I suggested that the best and safest option would be with a dedicated driver. Our driver collected them at 5:30am (what an early start) and took them to Liverpool ensuring that they were delivered to the correct person letting us know once they were delivered so that we could tell our customer.
