We arranged for some luggage to be brought back to the U.K. from Australia for a person who had been taken ill whilst on holiday and returned to the U.K. by air ambulance.
We were asked by the insurance company to arrange so we made contact with the hotel where the luggage was being held and booked the carrier to go and collect.
